Young researchers’ perspective on challenges in human resources management
Human resource managers are currently faced with numerous challenges. They have different sources. The gradation of their importance depends on the perspective adopted. Young researchers for whom the monograph is a scientific debut were invited to join this debate. They were given the task of identifying the most important challenges in the area of human resources management in organizations as part of student research project carried out at the Institute of Economics of Finance and Management at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University. Its results are presented in a monograph.
